Access and permissions

 

Sometimes login works, but you still can’t access the resources you need. Here are the most common issues and fixes:

 

Seeing 'Not authorised'?

 

  • Your school firewall may be blocking Propello.

  • Ask your IT team to whitelist Propello’s site so it can load properly.

 

Signed up, but can’t see resources?

 

  • Your account may not have the correct teacher package assigned.

  • Contact Propello Support to check your account and update permissions if needed.

 

💡 If you’re missing access to subjects or resources, it’s usually a permissions issue. Our support team can resolve this quickly.
