Propello has clear procedures in place to respond quickly and responsibly to any personal data breach.
If a breach occurs, Propello will:

Notify the affected school or subscriber within 48 hours of confirmation.

Mitigate risks by taking immediate corrective actions.

Document the event fully for accountability and future prevention.

Report to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) within 72 hours.
