Who Propello shares data with and why
Propello may share data with a small number of trusted providers, but only under strict agreements and always in line with GDPR. These partners help us deliver core services such as billing, assessment, and customer support.

HubSpot → Marketing and customer management (no student data is shared).

Xero → Finance and invoicing for school contacts.
All providers:

Meet full GDPR requirements.

Are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

Only use data for the specific purpose agreed with Propello.
⚠️ Student data is never shared with marketing providers. Sharing is limited to what is necessary to provide Propello’s services securely and effectively.
