      Data storage and security

       

      Propello follows strict standards to keep your data safe and secure.

       

      • Secure hosting → All data is stored on AWS servers in the EU, which are ISO 27001 certified.

      • Encryption → Data is encrypted both in transit (when being transferred) and at rest (when stored).

      • Restricted access → Only authorised Propello employees can access data, and only where necessary for support or maintenance.

      • Backups → Data backups are kept securely for 7 days before being permanently deleted.
