Q: Can I import both students and teachers from Teams or Google Classroom?
Yes. Authorise the sync once, and accounts will pull through automatically. Changes made in Teams or Google Classroom (for example, adding or removing students) update in Propello.
Q: Can I import classes as well as accounts?
Yes. Teams, Google Classroom, and Wonde all allow importing students, teachers, and their groups.
Q: How does Wonde integration work?
Wonde securely connects your school’s MIS (for example, SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, iSAMS). Once live, classes, students, and teachers sync automatically.
When you select Wonde, a request goes to the Propello support team. They’ll complete the setup, and once live, your classes, teachers, and students will automatically sync. Any changes made in your MIS, such as timetable updates or new enrolments, will be reflected in Propello without you needing to manage it manually.
Q: What if my MIS isn’t supported by Wonde?
Wonde covers most leading UK and international MIS providers. If your school’s MIS isn’t supported, you can still upload accounts using CSV or add them manually.
Q: How often do integrations sync?
Usually overnight. You can also trigger a manual sync in Manage Classes.
Q: What happens if my CSV upload fails?
Check formatting carefully (no extra spaces or columns). If it still fails, contact Propello support.
