Feedback students receive

Where students can see marks, explanations, and teacher feedback

Propello provides teachers with the platform to give clear and constructive feedback to help students understand their progress and improve over time. The type of feedback depends on the task:

Multiple-choice questions (auto-marked) 

Students see:

• Which answers were correct or incorrect.

• Explanations for the correct responses.

• Hints for incorrect answers (if the teacher enables retakes).

Typed/written answers (teacher-marked) 

Students see:

• Their awarded mark.

• The official mark scheme (if shared by the teacher).

• A model answer (if provided).

General comments 

Teachers can add overall feedback, which appears on the student’s dashboard alongside results. This provides personalised guidance beyond marks or scores.
