Starting October 23, 2023, Google is implementing new data privacy measures that may affect students' under the age of 18 ability to access Propello via Google SSO.

Here's what you need to do to ensure uninterrupted access to Propello via Google SSO:

  1. Login to the Google Admin Console app review area (this is only accessible for Google Admins, so you may need to ask your IT team for help).
  2. Click "Continue" on the introduction page to begin the setup process.
  3. Select the option titled Allow users to access third-party apps that only ask for Google sign-in info
  4. Click Next to proceed to the next step.
  5. In the Confirm settings for configured third-party apps section, look at the Access column.
  6. Click Add app,  then Auth App Name or Client ID and search for NE —which is our sister company that serves 4,000,000+ educators and students in Sweden. Once you select NE, you may see app.propello.com there.
  7. Ensure that the Propello app is set to Trust and click Confirm to finalize this.
