      If a student disagrees with a mark

      How teachers can override auto-marked answers in Propello

       

      Sometimes a student may feel that an answer has been marked incorrectly, particularly on auto-marked questions. In these cases, teachers can override marks quickly and easily.

       

      Steps to override marks

       

      • Open the submission in the Review screen.

      • Edit the score to reflect the correct outcome.

      • The student’s dashboard will update automatically with the new result.
