Quick fixes if Propello is slow or freezing
If Propello is running slowly or freezing, try the following quick fixes:

Use Google Chrome → Propello works best in Chrome, though other browsers are supported.

Clear your browser cache → Old data can sometimes cause delays.
How to Clear Your Browser Cache
Google Chrome (desktop):

Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.

Select a time range (e.g. “All time” to completely clear).

Tick Cached images and files.

Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge:

Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

Choose the time range and tick Cached images and files.

Click Clear now.
Safari (Mac):

In the top menu, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences).

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click Manage Website Data, then Remove All.
Firefox:

Click the three lines in the top-right corner.

Select Settings > Privacy & Security.

Scroll to Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data.

Tick Cached Web Content and click Clear.

Close unnecessary tabs or programs → Free up memory and improve performance.

Try incognito/private mode → This disables extensions that may interfere with the site.
