If you’re having trouble logging in via Microsoft Teams or Google Classroom, the most common reason is that your school’s administrator has not yet approved the integration.
For single sign-on (SSO) to work:

Your school administrator must approve the connection between Propello and your chosen platform.

Once approved, teacher and student accounts will sync automatically, making it easier to manage classes and users.
💡 If SSO isn’t working, check with your school’s IT team first. In most cases, the integration just needs to be approved.
