Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned — here’s what to do if you run into problems.
If you can’t see your work:

First, check with your teacher that you’ve been added to the right class.

If you still can’t see it, your teacher can contact Propello Support to fix the issue.
If you can’t access Propello at all:

Try refreshing your browser (Windows shortcut: Ctrl + F5).

If that doesn’t work, switch to another browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
⚡ Most problems can be solved with a refresh or by trying a different browser. If not, let your teacher know and they’ll get support to sort it out.
