Troubleshooting

 

Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned — here’s what to do if you run into problems.

 

If you can’t see your work:

 

  • First, check with your teacher that you’ve been added to the right class.

  • If you still can’t see it, your teacher can contact Propello Support to fix the issue.

 

 

If you can’t access Propello at all:

 

  • Try refreshing your browser (Windows shortcut: Ctrl + F5).

  • If that doesn’t work, switch to another browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

 

⚡ Most problems can be solved with a refresh or by trying a different browser. If not, let your teacher know and they’ll get support to sort it out.
