Troubleshooting student access

Quick fixes for student login and access problems in Propello

 

If a student experiences problems accessing their work or logging into Propello, there are a few simple steps to resolve the issue.

 

If a student can’t see their work:

 

  • Confirm that they’ve been added to the correct class in Manage Classes.

  • If the problem continues, contact Propello Support at uk@propello.com.

If a student can’t access Propello at all:


  • Refresh the browser (Windows shortcut: Ctrl + F5).

  • Try using a different browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

 

💡 Most access issues are resolved by checking class membership or refreshing the browser. If problems persist, Propello Support can quickly investigate and resolve the issue.

 

⚠️ Some access issues may be caused by school firewall settings. If problems continue, ask your IT team to check that Propello is whitelisted.
