If a student experiences problems accessing their work or logging into Propello, there are a few simple steps to resolve the issue.
If a student can’t see their work:
- Confirm that they’ve been added to the correct class in Manage Classes.
- If the problem continues, contact Propello Support at uk@propello.com.

If a student can’t access Propello at all:
- Refresh the browser (Windows shortcut: Ctrl + F5).
- Try using a different browser, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
💡 Most access issues are resolved by checking class membership or refreshing the browser. If problems persist, Propello Support can quickly investigate and resolve the issue.
