Subscription and charges

Propello subscriptions are simple and transparent, with clear rules for trials, renewals, and payments.

• Free trials → Last up to 12 weeks and are for evaluation purposes only.

• Standard subscriptions → Run for 12 months and renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.

• Payment terms → All invoices must be paid within 30 days.

• Fees → Subscriptions are non-refundable and charged exclusive of VAT.

• Late payments → May result in interest charges or suspension of access until payment is received.
